Optical Performance
Apochromatic (APO) lens system – Advanced extra-low dispersion (ED) glass elements virtually eliminate chromatic aberration (color fringing) and spherical aberration across the entire field. The result: razor-sharp images with true-to-life color, free from ghosting or halos, even at the edges.
Flat field technology – Specially designed optical formula ensures a perfectly flat focal plane, delivering edge-to-edge sharpness that rivals the center. No more soft corners—every detail stays crisp from the center to the periphery.
Super wide apparent angle of view – With an apparent field of view reaching up to 72.8° (on the 8x42 model), you’ll experience an immersive, panoramic viewing experience that dramatically reduces the perception of hand shake—making long observation sessions more stable and comfortable.
Anti-reflection super fully multi‑coated optics – All air-to-glass surfaces receive multiple anti-reflection layers, maximizing light transmission, boosting contrast, and rendering colors with vivid accuracy.
Phase‑correcting prism coatings – Eliminate internal phase shift interference, enhancing resolution, color fidelity, and contrast.
High‑reflection dielectric prism coatings – Boost internal reflectivity to over 99%, ensuring minimal light loss and diffraction for breathtaking brightness even in twilight hours.
Construction Details
O‑ring sealed and argon filled – IPX7 waterproof rating (submersible to 1m for 30 minutes) and complete resistance to internal fogging when moving through extreme temperature or humidity changes.
Magnesium alloy body – Exceptionally rigid yet lightweight, the well‑balanced industrial design provides fatigue‑free handling during extended use.
Rubber‑armored exterior – Absorbs impact and provides a secure, slip‑resistant grip in wet or cold conditions.

Shipping Policy
How long does delivery take?
Normally, we need two business days to process your order, and it takes 5 - 7 business days for shipping. (Due to global COVID-19 restrictions, there may be service interruptions with some shipment delays. We would like to assure you that Eyeskey’s services team will be fully operational to solve the problem you may have.)
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship everywhere worldwide, including Alaska and Hawaii.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Except for accessory items, please kindly contact us in advance before returning your item.If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
