quality optics and construction

I purchased this scope for bird watching. It's the first one I have ever used. Turned out to be a great buy. Solidly built, easy to operate, images are crisp and clear. Even the "unsophisticated" smartphone adapter works well -- after you figure out how to use it (for example, seems to need the eyepiece collar to be all the way in to focus correctly.)
